Mortgage Figures provides general educational calculations. It is not a lender, broker, real estate agent, appraiser, insurer, tax adviser, lawyer, or government agency. Results are not an offer, approval, rate lock, loan estimate, closing disclosure, or guarantee of eligibility.
Verify before acting
Rates, taxes, insurance, fees, program rules, and lender calculations can change and vary by borrower and location. You are responsible for checking all inputs and confirming decisions with licensed professionals and official program sources.
Acceptable use
You may use the public calculators for personal and reasonable business evaluation. You may not disrupt the service, bypass safeguards, scrape it at harmful volume, introduce malicious code, or present our estimates as an official lending decision.
Availability and liability
The service is provided “as is” and may be changed or unavailable. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim implied warranties and liability for decisions or losses based on an estimate. Some jurisdictions do not allow every limitation, so these limits apply only where lawful.
