Information we process
Calculator values are sent to our application server to validate the result. We do not ask for your name, phone number, Social Security number, bank credentials, or property address. Do not enter sensitive personal information in calculator fields.
Our infrastructure may record ordinary technical data such as the time of a request, requested path, response status, browser information, truncated network address, and a request identifier. These records are used for security and reliability.
Cookies, advertising, and analytics
We may use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate page usage and Google AdSense to display and measure advertising. These services may receive the requested page, browser and device information, network address, consent choices, and advertising identifiers. We do not send the financial values you enter in a calculator to these services.
Where required, Google's consent controls ask for your choices before analytics or advertising storage is allowed. Depending on your region and choices, ads may be personalized or non-personalized and Google technologies may use cookies or similar storage. Google services remain disabled on deployments where they have not been configured by the site operator. When advertising is enabled, the footer's Privacy and cookie settingscontrol lets you reopen Google's consent choices.
Retention and sharing
Calculator inputs are not intentionally stored in our application database. Technical logs and backups are retained only as long as needed for operations and security. We may share limited data with infrastructure providers that run the service, Google when its configured analytics or advertising services are active, or when legally required. We do not sell personal information.

You can use the calculators without creating an account. For a privacy question or a request concerning data that may identify you, email hello@mortgagefigures.com. We may need enough information to locate and verify the relevant record.
